Over the holiday weekend we spent a lot of time eating, as I'm sure so did the rest of the country. It's really everyone's favorite thing to do when we get together and it's a time to prepare some of our favorites. But the last thing anyone wants to do, especially during a holiday or anytime really, is clean up. That's why today I'm going to show you how the new Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing Dish Cloth can help you get the cleaning knocked out a lot faster with it's multi tasking skills, so you can get on with the day while spending less time doing clean-up.

Over the weekend I made some mole enchiladas, a favorite. Mole is delicious, but it does leave quite a mess behind, and the baking pan is especially dirty and will need to be scrubbed right away so it won't get even more dried and stuck on with food. For a job such as this I pull out one of the Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing Dish Cloths which can take care of so many kitchen tasksThis premium, textured fiber dishcloth features two sides: scrubbing dots technology on one side to scrub away at the dishes and a soft no-scratch side to do other tasks around the dishes and kitchen.
Now I simply take a Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing Dish Cloth and wash the dishes. The Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing dots are really powerful and make quick work of the stuck-on food, even the baking pan so we can have it clean and ready in a jiffy.

You can then use the second Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing Dish Cloth from the set as a dish cloth to dry the dishes, the second side is soft and absorbent so you can make quick work of that as well. If I am done cooking for the day I can also use the Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing Dish Cloth to help me scrub (without scratching) other areas in the kitchen: counters, table, surfaces and even the very greasy and dirty stove top. The scrubbing power of the Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing Dish Cloth makes cleaning easy and once I am done I can just wash them up and set them out to dry for the next use.

This recipe for Enchiladas de Mole is one of our favorites and it really doesn't require a lot of ingredients or time, but it's super tasty and it's a recipe we always enjoy eating because it's basically just tortillas and cheese, two of our favorites!

Enchiladas de Mole
(serves 4)
16 tortillas
1/2 cup of pre-made mole
1 large onion diced
1 1/2 cups queso cotija
1/4 vegetable oil

Preparation:
Dice onion and break up cotija cheese and place into a container. Pour oil into pan until hot. Take each tortilla and slowly dip into oil to fry them lightly. After the tortilla is lightly fried, place into a plate that has the mole and cover both sides. Fill with cheese and onion mixture and place into baking dish. Do the same until you have finished all of the tortillas and top with more cheese and onion mixture. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing Dish Cloths are a real mutitasker in the kitchen and have really helped me get everything tidied up faster so I can get to enjoying other things. I love how I can use it to help me with the worst stuck-on messes as well as clean up any surface without worrying about scratches. I can definitely say that I am a fan.
