I am so excited because today I get to bring you my thoughts on a brand new mascara that is super affordable and that you can find at your local Walmart. NEW Maybelline Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara just came out very recently and I was super curious to try it out for myself, you know that I am all about finding beauty products that don't break the bank.

Today I have a full look to share with you featuring one of my favorite brands, Maybelline

For this look I am using Maybelline Fit Me Matte+Poreless which is a favorite foundation of mine. This foundation is under $7 and delivers a beautiful finish. I am such a fan of Maybelline foundations! For the eyes I will be using Maybelline Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara and a Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk. For the eyebrows I am happy to report that I am in love with the new Maybelline Brow Drama Pro Palette. I bought this together with the mascara and they are a fantastic team! On the lips is going to be a holy grail of mine, a Maybelline Matte Lipstick in Lust for Blush. I have a new one (the back-up) but for this tutorial I pulled out my used tube which gets lots and lots of love. Let's get started!

I applied one coat of Maybelline Fit Me Matte+Poreless which gives me a soft matte look that last up to 5 hours. I like that this foundation is not overly matte because I do suffer from dry skin, if you do too, make sure to moisturize really well before applying the foundation.

Now let's use the Maybelline Brow Drama Pro Palette. I use the little brush that comes in the kit because it makes it super easy to draw the shape of my brows. I have horrible brows and this product really makes making them better a lot easier. Today I am going for a squared, strong brow.

I love one eyeshadow looks especially when I am on a time crunch. Maybelline Color Tattoo's are an easy way to get a really pretty eyeshadow look that is virtually tattoed on all day. Taking the shade in Pomegranate Punk and using my fingers I will add some to my eyelids. Before it sets, I will take a brush to bend it out towards the crease area. I am really bad at blending, but getting better with practice, so don't worry if it's not perfect in the end.

Finally time to try the Maybelline Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara! Cici (my daughter) got this a few weeks ago and she loves it. I also posted it one time when I first saw it at Walmart and got a lot of feedback about it working really good, so you can bet I was excited to try it for myself. This is one good looking mascara!

You guys, it's a keeper! You know that I try a LOT of mascaras. But see for yourself! This is 2 coats and those non-existent lashes of mine look pretty hot if I say so myself!

Now let's finish off this look. Take the same Maybelline Color Tattoo and smudge out under the waterline for a smoky look. If you use an angled brush it looks like you are adding liner. I love how doing this makes your eyes all sexy and alluring. Then add generous amounts of blush. My kids tell me I wear too much blush, I tell them there is no such thing! And finish off the look with a lip that you love. I am wearing a holy-grail Maybelline Matte in Lust For Blush.

And our look is finito! You saw my lashes in the before pic, those sad little lashes sure got a pick me up with Maybelline Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara right? Yep, everyone was right, this is a great mascara. And I love this entire look, it's very easy and perfect for day or night. It's also all from an affordable brand, that's the best part!

I hope you enjoyed today's look. Once again let me remind you that I never claim to be a makeup artist. I am a REAL 42 year old woman who loves to find a great product and today we have put Maybelline Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara to the test and it has passed with flying colors. Will you be trying this new mascara out?
