I know it seems like the kids barely got out for summer, but the planning and shopping for back-to-school has already begun! Time sure flies fast doesn't it? I registered Sammy for the new school year two weeks ago and this week we have officially begun going through her shopping list which is enormous and includes: school uniforms, backpack, school supplies, and more. When it comes to getting her ready for going back to class, it is important for me to start early enough so that we can take advantage of the school sales currently happening at most stores. As usual, it is important for me to stay on budget for all of her going back-to-school items and that includes making sure we have the lowest priced unlimited plans for her cell service. Luckily, we have been very happy with our Walmart Family Mobile service that she was enrolled into last year and today I want to tell you about a rollback that you will not want to miss if you have been thinking of getting your child a phone for school.
Walmart Family Mobile is already a great deal to begin with, but right now you can take advantage of these amazing rollback prices!
Unlimited Talk Text & Web has been decreased to $34.88/month from $39.88. The price will remain the same for the life of the service plan for the primary line if purchased during the promotional time period (7/18-10/31). Along with the roll back on the price of service, how about a new phone to go with that line? Find the Alcatel One Touch Evolve rolled back to $29.88. It is regularly priced at $79.88 and has everything that a starter phone needs including a front facing and rear camera. Each new line requires the purchase of a $25 Starter Kit that will start service immediately and see you through your first few weeks until you get the first bill.
My daughter is only seven and I was pretty hesitant to get her a new phone last year, but with Walmart's low price on service and phones, we were able to easily afford it. The convenience of always being able to get a hold of her when she stays after class or when she is with her sisters, is priceless for both her dad and myself. This coming year she is going to be in more after school classes and clubs, but with her cell phone always on hand, we can be confident she is always safe and sound.
Having had a tablet since she was four, it was easy for Sam to learn how to use her cell phone and now with the Alcatel, she only had to learn to adjust to an Android versus a Windows phone. There are many more apps for her to use now and many that are going to be very helpful to a 2nd grader who is very active in school. I am pretty proud to know that we are raising a very tech savvy child and that has been largely possible because Walmart Family Mobile is so budget friendly.
She's programmed her calendar for the first day of school and is looking forward to a new year with her friends and a new grade which I know she will do great in.
If any of your kids are going back-to-school, or maybe you are, Walmart Family Mobile really is a very budget friendly way to go. I know all about the big contract bills and expensive phones, having had to deal with all of that when my older girls where young, but I do not miss the stress or the hassle. Keeping in contact with our children should not be a luxury, especially these days when life is so crazy.
Visit Walmart or go online for more information. Unlimited cell phone service with a rock bottom price is a no brainer really. It's easy, it's affordable and the peace of mind that comes with knowing your kids are always a call away is beyond worth it!
