Essence Colour & Go Break Through #Swatches

Today's nail color is a beautiful purple creme color that I picked up at Ulta a month or so ago. I love Essence Colour & Go Polish for many reasons:

cost: $1.99 but with Ulta coupons or even a buy one get one 50% off sale, you get them a lot cheaper
color variety: though here in the states we don't have as large of a selection as Europe, I do like the colors available and only wish we could get more! Come on Essence, bring us your ENTIRE LINE!
cute: Essence Colour &Go Polish bottles are super cute little things. I love a cute presentation as much as I love an elegant, sleek one.
quality: for me, these polishes tend to last at least 5 days or more with no chipping. True that I don't do a lot with my hands besides a lot of typing. If I had to be more hands-on at home, I probably would chip my nails in any polish, a lot faster.
the brush: Essence Colour & Go polishes feature the same brush as Wet N Wild Megalast Polishes. This wide brush makes application so much easier and faster.

Essence Colour & Go in Break Through is a bit of a chameleon. In certain lighting it looks more of a raspberry shade, in others a deep purple. This is a deeper shade of Radiant Orchid, the color of the year. The formula is quite good needing only two coats and I always love how shiny Colour & Go polishes look.

My favorite part of this polish, this super-duper brush.

Please bear in mind that the day before I took these pictures, I spent washing dishes and mopping the house with bleach because Jermiah was going to be crawling around on it. So there is some dryness going on here, and I don't have the patience to soften it up and make it less noticeable. The polish is also smudged a bit on two fingers, but for the sake of getting this up while it is till fresh, I am posting as is.

These last two pics are with flash so you can get a good idea of what that looks like as well. This is where you see more of the raspberry color.

Overall I am super pleased with Break Through,  and it's hard to believe I almost didn't buy it. I normally don't like purple polishes all that much, but goodness as soon as I applied this one, I loved it. Essence Colour & Go in Break Through is simply F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S. and so perfect for a pop of color on a beautiful spring day!

What is your favorite spring nail color.

I have this exact shade from the previous design of polishes and love it! My only complaint would be staying powe
