NYC BOGO Free Rite Aid Haul #NewYorkColor - Sammy Makes Six

NYC BOGO Free Rite Aid Haul #NewYorkColor

I hit up Rite Aid this Sunday after finding out that they were having a Buy One Get One Free Sale on NYC Cosmetics. I am not as big a fan of NYC as I am of Wet N Wild, but I have a few items I do love.  I own the chubby sticks and a few of the Expert Last Lip Colors, and because of their great quality, I wanted to see if there was anything else that caught my eye. Luckily, Rite Aid had stocked the entire shelf (not the small displays though).

I grabbed 4 NYC Long Wearing Nail Enamels. These are only $1 a pop, that means I paid .50 a piece. Pretty sweet if you ask me. I grabbed colors I thought would be perfect for sharing/swatching for Spring. Then I kind of went nuts and grabbed two Sunny bronzers and a bunch of other things. It took me a few minutes to realize, that I didn't need all that stuff. Instead I went back and looked for something I really wanted to try and I remembered seeing many great reviews for the Color Wheel. This is one of the more expensive NYC products at $5, which really isn't expensive at all. I matched it with the NYC Big Bold Mascara and ended up paying $2.50 for each.

I was done, I really was. But then we went to eat right next to the other Rite Aid, and of course I had to just "pop" in to see what they had. That's when I spotted the NYC Quick Dry Polishes and remembered loving these beautiful colors since I first saw them like a month and a half ago. They were $2 a piece, and with the sale came out to only $6. Luckily, I got Jack to buy me 4 and Adrian got me the other 2. So I spent nada!

Lafayette Pink and Nolita's Lavender

Hamptons Peach and Mint'ed on Broadway

NY Blues and the other is Brownstone

My entire haul ended up coming out to only $13, which is super cheap. I am going to be swatching the polishes one at a time and I can't wait to try the Mosaic Face Powder and mascara. I love this kind of sale...it allows me to try out products I might otherwise never purchase. Have you hauled any good stuff lately?
