Unless you've been living under a rock these past few weeks, you know all about what I like to call the "Mermaid Controversy". We watched the original Animal Planet "Mermaids: The Body Found" episode last year and were waiting with bated breath, yes bated breath, for the new "Mermaids: The New Evidence" show which aired Sunday. And though I realize that this "documentary" was filmed with actors, I still believe that there is too much real evidence, that supports the possibility that real mermaids could actually exist.
I am talking about all the weaponry that has been fished out of the ocean, the drawings of mermaids that have been found in different areas of the world, and so many real people sightings. I'm not a scientist and I am not a fish expert or any type of expert, but I certainly think that it is only logical that if an ape can evolve into man, why not into a man/fish too?
So many new species of animals/creatures are being found all time, and not only in the oceans. How can we deny the possibility that there could be aquatic humans below water? We can't.
And that there, is my humble opinion. I want to believe.
