MY REVIEW

Let me start by saying I am a big fan of Jackie Collins and have read every one of her books! Lucky Santangelo {kick ass and beautiful matriarch} and family have been some of my favorite characters of hers. Her gorgeous hubby Lenny, and her kids (Max and Bobby) that get into so many problems, this is a family that always provides a lot of entertainment. I was super excited to get a preview copy of the audio book. And what a beautiful audio book set it is! This is the ultimate gift for a Jackie Collins fan, I immediately fell in love with how beautiful it was packaged. I was also thrilled to find that not only would Jackie Collins and a full cast including the amazing Sydney Poitier would be reading this, talk about making it more fun and interesting!

The story is all Jackie Collins and from the first paragraph where Lucky and Venus are chatting over lunch, you are hooked, especially if you already know the Santangelos and their history.  It's not long before you get enveloped and pulled into the Las Vegas fast lane and into Lucky's fight to hang on to her precious Keys hotel against a rich, raunchy prince who will stop at nothing to take Lucky down.  Filled with many subplots involving her kids and of course her dad Gino, this story will take you on a wild ride that you will thoroughly enjoy. Will Lucky be able to hang on to her beloved hotel, The Keys? Will she find out that the very nasty Prince Armand Jordan is her brother from a long ago one night stand between Gino and his mom? Well, you're going to have to rush out and get a copy yourself and find out!

Jackie Collins is a spicy as ever and once again delivered a juicy, thrilling story that gives us a sneak peek into the lives of the rich and powerful people who can't seem to get enough sex-ever. That's why Jackie Collins is one of my guilty pleasures!

Jackie Collins’ fierce heroine Lucky Santangelo is back with a vengeance – in a novel full of power, passion, revenge, and the raging family dynamics of the Santangelo clan – and, as always, Lucky comes out on top!

Lucky runs a high-profile casino and hotel complex, The Keys, in Vegas. Lennie, her movie star husband, is still writing and directing successful independent movies, while Max, her stubborn and gorgeous teenage daughter, is about to celebrate her eighteenth birthday, and her son, Bobby, owns a string of hot clubs. Lucky has everything. Family. Love. Life. And everything is exactly what billionaire businessman Armand Jordan is determined to take away from her one way or another!

Born a prince in the small but affluent Middle Eastern country of Akramshar, Armand comes to American with his American mother at an early age and rises to become a real estate titan. Armand regards women as nothing more than breeding mares or sexual playthings, so when his people inform him that the one property he covets more than anything, The Keys, is not for sale, he is shocked. And so the battle for power begins…

Meanwhile, Bobby is dealing with shady Russian investors, while his girlfriend, smart and independent Denver Jones, is becoming a Deputy DA in the L.A. drug unit. And Max is busy embarking on a forbidden love affair with a sexy young movie star.

We all know that “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas,” but what happens in Goddess of Vengeance will blow your mind! With Jackie Collins, herself, reading as Lucky Santangelo, accompanied by a polished and delightfully racy-sounding cast, this audio blockbuster will entice Lucky virgins and devoted followers alike!
