Bills, Bills and More Bills plus Cary Bankruptcy Attorneys ~!

Bills, bills and more bills, that's what I have. Not current bills mind you, but bills that piled up on me a few years ago when I lost my 9 to 5 job. I went from having a good paying job that afforded us a pretty nice lifestyle, a luxury automobile and plenty of cash to spend on shopping, to one day hearing that the business was closing and that I wasn't even getting a severance package. Having been at this job for over 10 years I didn't see this coming and didn't plan for it. I had a lot of credits cards, one car payment and I was paying down a whole house full of furniture we had just gotten. When we moved into the house we lived in, I had purchased a brand new refrigerator and a Kirby vacuum which I was also paying in monthly installments.

The year and a half that followed were the worst times we have ever been through financially. Our family was forced to move to a more inexpensive area, give up the big expensive European auto and we had to learn how to live on my meager internet earnings. As for the bills, well they just piled up one on top of the other. To this day I still owe them all, what I earn now is a lot more but not enough to start paying them back. At some point I know I have to file for bankruptcy but for now I am still pretending ignorance. I know this is not the smartest thing to do but I don’t feel strong enough to make that decision yet.

I am participating in a blogger campaign for cary bankruptcy attorneys by Bucks2Blog and was compensated. However, the views and opinions are my own.

Actually bankruptcy does not have to be the end of the world--if you can manage it--pay off one or two of your smaller credit cards and do not declare them in the bankruptcy papers--this will give you a head start and some leeway when you are essentially going to be living on cash--just make sure to keep this card always current so you have something to fall back on!!
